.45 ACP 200 Gr. SWC - Sized to .452 (Typical). Other sizes available upon request call or email for options.
Very likely the most popular .45 ACP bullet ever made. Capable of fine accuracy. Popular in USPSA, IDPA and Bullseye competitions.
Like the 9's so much I switched 45's to these. Accuracy is excellent. Doug on 11th Mar 2016
I love these bullets. Very consistent in their sizing and weight. coating is very uniform and pretty and the price is great too! Dennis answers the phone when you call and seems like a nice guy. I'm sold and will be buying a LOT more of these

I like the lube, no smoke, no clogging the die, no chunks of lube in box falling off the bullets. Steve Yuszka on 15th Feb 2016
I currently shoot in an indoor center fire league two nights a week. Anyone that shoots indoors and hasnGt had their lead levels checked should, they may be very high. I have several friends that shoot in this facility and we all have higher than normal lead levels in our blood. We all hand load and take the necessary precautions when loading. However when shooting, there is a lot of lead smoke from the firing of the bullets. Even with good ventilation you still receive and breathe the smoke from the fired rounds.
Since we have been using the coated bullets from Bayou our lead levels have gone down. 6 of the seven of us shoot on the same line and there is less smoke from using the coated Bayou bullets. It is easier to see the targets, accuracy is great, and the cost of the coated bullets is the same as the forged bullets we were using before. One other benefit to using the Bayou bullets is the different colors they come in. They look great and are a big conversation topic with the guys.
Thanks for the great product.

Great bullets, coating is much harder than expected seems to hold up really well. Loaded up great with a little imr700 in mixed brass. Shot great out of my gi 1911, no leading. Will buy again. ian on 21st Jan 2016
I've been reloading the 45 ACP for just over 25 years. I've competed in Bullseye and ISPC most of that time and hunt with my 45 as well. During that time I've reloaded bullets from just about every company; DJ, BullX, Oregon Trail and other boutique shops promising a better bullet and better accuracy. I've also used just about every powder with the 200gr and 185 LSWC. I'm at the range 3 times a week, sometimes more, for several hours. My favorite load is the widely published "Bullseye" load for a 200gr LSWC for the 50 yard line using Bullseye powder which has always been excellent but a tad on the dirty side. The Bayou bullet is nirvana for me. The most accurate, clean, and virtually smokeless I've ever loaded. Give them a try with the Bullsey 50 yard line load, COL ~ 1.255 (+-.2), Taper crimp ~ .469 (.470 max). Phil M - Ormond By-The-Sea, Florida on 19th Jan 2016
i have been shooting Bayou Bullets .45 ACP 200gr SWC for about 4 years and they are great. Very accurate and consistent. Low smoke. The coating does not come off on your fingers when loading like some bullet brands I have tried. Dennis gives great customer service. Buy the bulk pack and save some $. Rick G. on 14th Jan 2016
