1. Been using the green coat changed to the gold

   Been using the green coat changed to the gold just for looks but was very impressed the gold did not seem to have the bad odor the green did but no matter color love the bullets dont lead up my barrel and no problem with accuracy. Unknown on 20th Mar 2018

2. Accurate and very low cleanup

   These are accurate bullets and the lack of lead buildup makes cleaning much less a chore. njcody on 2nd Oct 2017

5. Clean shooting, easy reloading bullet

   This is my second order for these bullets that I use in Bullseye matches with excellent results. The barrel, chamber and throat area leading are dramatically reduced and lead residue on my hands during reloading is no longer a problem. njcody on 23rd Dec 2016

6. As close to perfect as it gets

   As with all Bayou bullets I've ordered (5500 so far), the weight, diameter, and length are right on: Wt.- mean=184.97 & SD=0.32772, diameter - mean=.45115 & SD=0.00058, length - mean=0.31185 SD=0.00053. Out of the 150 I've loaded so far there is no exposed lead. Unknown on 11th Jul 2016

7. Great bullet

   I ordered these as a basic target round. They arrived quickly and well packaged. The coating was uniform and even. I loaded them with 5.7gr of universal as it was all I had. With the bullets seated at 1.25 coal they fed perfectly in my sig and colt. I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate they were. I easily held a 5" group at 50yds offhand on a moderately windy day. Not very scientific, but the results were similar to some match grade ammo I've shot. I need to order some more already. Justin on 1st Mar 2016

8. Best Bullets EVER!

   I originally ordered 100 each of the 185 gr LSWC, 200gr LSWC and 225 gr TC bullets. After working up test loads I ordered 500 each of the 185 gr and 200 gr. I just placed my third order for 1000 of the 185 and am really pleased with my recipe. Running mixed range brass and CCI or WLP primers and 5.0 gr of red dot, I consistently shoot 1.5" 15m groups in my HK USP tactical (polygonal barrel) and zero leading. I bench rested a 12 shot group at 25m and ended up with a 1.3" ragged hole. wish I could upload a pic!!! I've never had this consistency with bulk jacked and is on par with premium JHP loads Keep up the good work Donnie!!!! Warren I, Antigo WI on 26th Jan 2016

9. My ship has come in!

   Finally a bullet with all the accuracy characteristics of lead, the feeding reliability of jacketed and no smoke or lead contamination while handling or shooting. These 185 gr Bayou Bullets consistently give me under 1.5" groups at 25 yards when I do my part in my 1911. 5.3 grs of W-231 and Federal primers round out the winning combination with this bullet. 10. Super accurite

    Loading these for a HK USP 45. after 250 rounds, very little leading, only visible under a bright LED, looked like pencil marks and cleaned out easily. When loaded short OAL over red dot powder I'm shooting 1.8" 10 shot groups at 60'. Simply amazing. I started with the 100 round sample pack and quickly ordered 500 more.
