.45 Long Colt 250 Gr. RNFP - Sized to .452 (Typical). Other sizes available upon request call or email for options.
A favorite among cowboy action shooters.
Shot 3 cylinders full after 3 cylinders of 200 gr, no leading. POA was high, but this gun is sighted for 200gr bullets. This is stainless steel gun that tends to lead a lot more than my blue steel one, that I shoot mostly 250 gr bullet out of. Haven't had a chance to try it. Both loads were mild, 8gr 231 with 200 gr bullet, and 7,7 gr 800x with 250 gr bullet. Very fast service. FRANKIE MIKSCH on 24th Jul 2015
First off ship time was super. Received my order and was blown away by the high quality. The green color wasn't bad either.
Have used then in both my Blackhawk and my Henry carbine and they shoot great. No issues at all.
I will definitely buy from Bayou Bullets again!! Barry Fincher on 24th Jun 2015

This is the best manufactured coated bullet I have tried. TJ Skipper on 19th Mar 2015
As with other bullets offered by BB, these are consistent weight, good shooting bullets. And they sure make cleaning the firearm a lot easier over traditional lead cast bullets. My only source of reloading bullets. Bill on 2nd Feb 2015
I bought the smaller 100 round pack first to test these out. I bought the gold ones. Tested them in a Ruger Vaquero as well as some from another company. These are coated more evenly and their weight is much more consistent than the others. Found a load with Trail Boss that is holding a 3" group at 25 yards so I bought 1000 more, this time the red ones. For the 200gr bullets, I use the green ones. If I find another load I like with the 250gr bullets and another powder, I'll buy some more gold ones. I like being able to look at the bullet and know what the load is. Popeye on 28th Oct 2014
These bullets are consistent and easy to load and the coating stays on and stays neat. No mess from the lube during loading and storage. Eliminates the risk from handling lead. Unknown on 15th Oct 2014
