.45 ACP 225 Gr. TC - Sized to .452 (Typical). Other sizes available upon request call or email for options.
A great design that is accurate and feeds well in semi autos.
these are great bullets at a super price. Peter on 13th Aug 2020
I got these to test in My Springfield XD, it's fussy about bullet profiles, I usually stick to 230 grain round nose. I loaded them over 6.8 grains of Unique, a mid book but getting into that "snappy" level.
Every .45 in the group functioned great, the XD not only liked them but clustered five shot ragged 1 hole groups more then once (I am not a hand gunner by any means)!
I think I found the bullet for My XD! I'll buy more, I like em!!!! Mike D on 10th Aug 2020
The 225 gr. TC bullets work great. Feeding is 100%. Accuracy is great. No leading. I'm running them at 825 fps over Win. 231. Unknown on 6th Aug 2020
I have been shooting cast bullets' for 41 years. These are some of my all time favorites. They are much less messy to load than traditionally lubed cast bullets and, more importantly, they leave no leading in the barrel. The only down side is that the smell of the coating burning off isn't great. Martin Singer on 14th Apr 2020
1 year later and 4,000 more of these 225 gr bullets and they are still my favorite coated bullet by far. I've dropped down to 4.1 grains of Titegroup with an OAL of 1.21 and still get the 170 power factor. Very reliable feed in all my 1911's. RAY BRASSER on 4th Jan 2020
Bullet is showing accuracy in my 1911 but I still need to find a powder the pistol likes to get the maximum accuracy I am accustomed to. The search continues. Unknown on 11th Jul 2019
I found the 225gr TC 45acp bullets to be very accurate in my Glock 21. Had to adjust my crimp slightly to get them to chamber but not a big deal. Very reasonable for a great plinking bullet and I am placing my second order today!! Unknown on 15th May 2019
Best coated bullet for my 1911 45's. I've just finished shooting my first 1,000 of these and I'm sold. I loaded them with 4.2 gr Titegroup OAL 1.2" for a power factor of 170. Very reliable feeding. Softer shooting than the 200 gr RN. Very accurate. This has become my favorite for IDPA CDP. My Springfield loves them, my S&W loves them, and so does my Remington. And the free shipping on a case doesn't hurt either. Raymond Brasser on 17th Jan 2019
Along with several 1911's, I load for a Thompson. Jacketed bullets have gotten ridiculously expensive, but cast bullets would cause lead build up in the slots of the Cutts Compensator which was a pain to remove. The coated bullets combine economy with zero leading, feed flawlessly, and make clean up in my 1911's easier too. Plus they are at least as accurate as I can hold. They've become my all-around load for all my .45 ACP firearms. Unknown on 21st Nov 2018
I ordered some of these 45's in the 225gr TC to try and they loaded up great. Had one loaded round that would not pass the case gauge so I shook it out and put it in a different case and it was fine. I like Bayou Bullets and they are my preferred bullets for my 9mm. Great products at a fair price and they ship right out. Unknown on 16th Nov 2018
