    1. A very accurate, fun bullet

I was looking to reduce the bullet weight to have some fun with.my 40, I didn't realize I was also getting a nice hard cast bullet as well. I use the bullets at both the range and the woods. It shoots extremely accurately, more accurately than any other bullet I've used. I know it's light for caliber, but I'm looking forward to a 25-40yard shot on deer. I'm just using that distance because of my comfort zone. I have no doubt it will be more than enough. They're a very well made bullet with a very uniform coating. It's nice to see quality still exists in the U.S. on 16th Nov 2024

    2. 140 grain 10mm bullet

Used them for years. Good product! on 21st Aug 2024

    3. 40 cal 140 grain

Great bullet for range work. Loaded at about 1000 fps is extremely pleasant to shoot and very accurate. on 20th May 2024

    4. Extremely accurate!

Great accuracy with very minimal recoil out of my M&P pro. Shoots clean, loads easy and great service from Bayou. Just received my last order from them and will definitely buy again. on 13th Jun 2023

    5. Great Bullets

I run the 140 grain .40 cal. Bullets in both my SR40c pistol and PC40 carbine. Very accurate, no jams and the barrel is spotless. Very happy with these bullets. on 12th Aug 2022

    6. Still my favorite bullet for matching with my 9mm conversion barrels using BB 120gr. TCs for the same firearm.

Got the 140gr. TC .40 S&W loads close to matching the 9mm Luger loaded with BB 120gr. TCs to use in the .40 S&W to 9mm Conversion barrel.

My experiment showed that the ".40 S&Ws are snappy" is not the case, but that is just my opinion.

Next experiment is to use a Mantis device, that attaches to the firearm, to measure recoil using both barrels by changing only the barrels and factory mags.

Also, that may verify my opinion or tell me what needs to be tweaked.

Look good so far. on 30th Nov 2021

    8. Flat shooting with virtually no recoil

I bought the 140 gr. .40 for Steel Challenge and loaded them with 3.1 gr. Sports Pistol. Flat shooting with virtually no recoil. I test fired them with an 12# recoil spring with no cycling issues (CZ Tactical Sport with 5.23” barrel). I ended up using a 10# spring (out of excessive caution). No muzzle flip and virtually no recoil. You’ll experience a laugh-out-loud moment after the first shot. Mousefarts that shoot very flat at 25’. I also loaded these with Titegroup (I have lots of this powder) and had similar results.

    10. Great bullets

I got these to work up a minor load and they didn't disappoint. Great minor load, very accurate, and soft shooting. I highly recommend Bayou Bullets for all your bullet needs. They're great people that offer a great product at a great price! on 28th Sep 2021
