1. Great bullets

2. Excellent quality, very accurate at 50 ft

4. Bayou Bullets 138 grain Button Nose Wad Cutters

   I tried some of these bullets with a few different gunpowders in a few different 38 Special cases. Accuracy improved but some of the cases didn't like them. When I seated them into PPU cases I noticed a slight bulge on the case which wouldn't allow those cases to pass the pluck test. The same thing happened with about half of the Magtech cases. They seated just fine into Geco and Remington cases however. DON on 26th Oct 2022

5. 38Cal 138gr BNWC

   Shoots well in my S&W K38. No leading, easy to handle when loading, does not leave residual lube in seating die. Very good casting and coating quality. Excellent Bayou customer service. I will migrate to this coated bullet for all of my 38cal WC loading. W. Motsiff on 30th Apr 2021

6. Great coatings

   The coating on these bullets allow reduced pressure loads. Very accurate and easy to control. Unknown on 22nd Apr 2021

7. New bullet/load

   Bought these bullets to reload for my .38spec revolvers. Have not had chance to load some up yet. Quality looks very well made,and like a hard cast lead bullet for self defense loads,especially in 2 inch revolvers I own. Like to not depend on hollow point expansion from a short barrel revolver. Better penetration is my goal. Been reloading for almost 25 yrs,and still enjoy the pride and accomplishment of creating my own ammo to shoot. always satisfying and educational. Lots of fun,too! 8. Perfect practice round!

   I wanted to load an soft shooting 38 special cartridge to practice with my S&W 442. 2.8 grns of Bullseye and I can shoot 100 rds easily in one range session. Feels like shooting a .22 in my 686!
