    1. Quality unparalleled to others

The finish and diameter specs were great. I will reorder again. I’ve ordered 9MM from another provider, I’ll stick to Louisiana products. Thanks on 11th Jun 2021

    2. Worth the wait

    5. No problems thus far.

Order arrived within the timeframe advertised, items are as advertised. The Quality is what I expect from a firm like Bayou Bullets and the reason I continue to do business with this firm. on 29th Sep 2020

    6. Finally got around to testing them out - very pleased

I bought a small bag of these a few years ago to test out in my Universal M1 carbine, and just never got around to it, until today. I worked loads up using VV N-110, with a min charge of 10.0 and a max of 11.2. All loads cycled the gun reliably. The best load, with lowest extreme spread and best group size, was 11.0gn which gave 1750fps. Brass was landing about 5 feet away. Group size at 50 yards was under 2" which is really good with iron sights and my old eyes. I was a little worried about the coating or lead building up in the gas port or piston, but everything looked fine when I cleaned the gun - no buildup anywhere. Very happy with the results. on 4th Jun 2020

    7. Best bang for your buck, pardon the pun...

Hardcast lead boolit coated in HiTek superlube. For the uninitiated, superlube coated boolits are like shooting jacketed in that there is no sticky mess like traditional cast, nor is there the extra smoke from wax/oil based lubricants.

The Bayou bullets I have launched so far have flown as straight as those that cost twice as much... I recommend them to all my reloading friends.

    8. Great little bullet

I have had very good luck with these 115gr. 30 cal in my 300 blackout. I load them with 16.8gr of Lil'gun and a COL of 1.835. Velocity of 1990 and gun cycles well and leaves my brass at 4 clock. I took my deburing tool and smoothed the edge of my seating die to get rid of the mark it left on the bullet. I bought an extra die to load hornady AMax with. on 3rd Apr 2020

    9. decent plinking

I bought these with the intent on using them in my 16" 300 blackout. I loaded up a few with varying charge weights of Lil' Gun18gr to 19gr, and C.O.L. of 1.860 for 10 round lots. I had to stop at 18.4 grains of Lil' gun. 18gr produced 2360 fps and 18.2 produced 2430 fps. There was no leading on 18.2 grains, but once I hit 18.4 the rounds was inaccurate, unable to read velocities, and seem to come apart. With all data I had 19 to 20 gr was optimal, but even with 18 gr it was able to cycle my rifle. To keep the velocity and cost down for this plinking round I am going to try to keep charges between 17 to 18 grains. The only complaint I have is the coating was thin, however I pulled the over loaded rounds and the coating seemed to hold on very well. Looking threw my box there was many that was not coated on the back(about BB size), and my seating die left a nice ring around the rounded point. Maybe I received an older batch, but I would consider ordering more. on 22nd Apr 2019
