1. Polymer coated bullets

2. Very clean

   I bought these to see if there was any advantage of coated bullets over traditional cast and lubed lead bullets. I fired 200 rounds total--2 different powder charges with both the coated and lubed cast bullets, and used the chronograph to measure muzzle velocity. The results: little or no change in velocity between coated and cast, no change at all in accuracy. All the loads hit a pie plate at 25 yards, which is about as accurate as I expected. So with identical powder charges/primers/cases, they performed equally on the range.
   
   Two notable differences. First, the coated bullets hardly smoked at all, so the firearm and the cases were much cleaner after 100 rounds than they were after 100 rounds of lubed cast. Second, handling them during reloading is much cleaner. Hi-Tek coated bullets are a few dollars more than lubed cast bullets (not much more), and they handle and shoot much cleaner. 3. Excellent

   I ordered these after seeing some recommendations online. I am extremely happy with them. We reloaded 500 rounds the night they arrived and went to the range the next day. I have tried other poly coated bullets but these are cleaner and perform better than the others I used. I will definitely be ordering more and trying some other calibers. 4. My default choice for target and practice rounds

   I've lost track of how many times I've ordered these (and other Bayou Bullets) which should demonstrate the quality and trust I have with Bayou's products. Delivery time is also outstanding/ I've not used another brand for some time. When you find what works great, why change? Keep up this great standard! Unknown on 11th May 2017

   I love these bullets. No leading or coating left in my barrel like powder coated lead bullets and little to no smoke from these. I shoot in an indoor range a lot and these were perfect for the application. They load up very easily, don't require bullet lube, and make reloading much simpler Kyle on 18th Apr 2017

8. Exceptional quality materials and customer service.

   Over the past year, I have been using bayou bullets for reloading 9mm and 38 special ammo. The reloads have been used in several Beretta 9mm hand guns and 38 special ammo in several Smith and Wesson revolvers. More than 3500 rounds have been reloaded and I never have had a problem. Recently I sent in a question regarding the color choices of the bullets and within a few hours Dennis (the CEO Bayou Bullets) sent a detailed reply. 10. Great smoke reduction
