.45 ACP 230 Gr. RN - Sized to .452 (Typical). Other sizes available upon request call or email for options.
The most popular 45 ACP bullet we offer, popular in USPSA, IDPA and ICORE, with both semi auto and revolver shooters alike.
Not only are Bayou Bullets clean to shoot and virtually smoke free but I have noticed a substantial reduction in the amount of coating material in my seating die. I used to disassemble my die for cleaning after a couple hundred rounds using moly coated bullets. Since switching to Bayou Bullets I can load 1000 rounds without any coating build up at all.
As for accuracy, I always used coated lead bullets for practice and club matches and jacketed bullets for major matches. I just completed my first major match using Bayou Bullets and they performed flawlessly. I will shoot Bayou Bullets exclusively from now on! Steve Porter on 12th Mar 2016
Love these they run great in my RIA 1911 . Clean up is a breeze and accuracy great. The coating is the best I have seen compared to others I have purchased from. Chuck B on 9th Mar 2016

It took me a little while to write this because I just bought a 500 pack of .45 230gr RN bullets but in the red color. I don't know why I thought the quality would be any less. I've reloaded and shot 1000's of the same thing but in the traditional green and they are excellent. I shoot them out of my Para P14 and Glock 21 with a Wilson barrel. Both have excellent grouping and both are used in competition. Both guns out shoot me and I get 1 1/2 inch groups at 25 yards. Bayou Bullets is the only bullet I would ever shoot. I have tried other bullets but I keep using bayou bullets because they just work the best hands down. See you at the matches. Docjames on 20th Feb 2016
My Glock 21 loves these .45 230 RN bullets. I shoot the 200 RN in a faster, lighter load and these 230s for a more powerful, heavier load. Both shoot amazingly. They just tear one hole about the size of a quarter. Both shoot with no visible smoke and the barrels look extremely clean - zero leading. I highly recommend these bullets for the Glock. It likes the RN profile for smooth reliable chambering. Big G on 18th Feb 2016
Everything shipped fast and the bullets look great. This is my first attempt with the coated bullets, but everything is loading up and shooting nicely. David P on 9th Feb 2016
excellent option to ball ammo for the glock 21, load to full power, good accuracy, full cycling of gun and no leading, best option for glock shooters Unknown on 26th Jan 2016
