.45 ACP 225 Gr. TC - Sized to .452 (Typical). Other sizes available upon request call or email for options.
A great design that is accurate and feeds well in semi autos.
I have not shot very many yet, but I am very impressed with what I have shot. NO leading of the barrel, accurate, NO failure to feed.
I will most definitely be purchasing more of these.
The service was excellent. To bad there is not a higher rating for service. Al on 22nd Dec 2015
I load for the family, three shooters, and we shoot a lot. We use the .45 225's for bowling pin matches, they work well. These are great bullets they load easy, shoot clean, are accurate and leave your firearm lead free. So far we have loaded and shot over 5,000 without any issues, it's the only bullet that we shoot! I tried the coated bullets, recommended by a friend, two years ago. They shoot clean, load easy and are accurate. Super fast shipping, quick communication and a superior product, what more could you ask. Dealing with this company is a 5 star experience. Ron Grzelak on 4th Dec 2015
More great bullets from Bayou I do not think you can go wrong at all with them. Bullets are very consistent find your best load and go! Easy cleanup afterwards and the shipping is just awesome. Jerry on 25th Nov 2015
The alloy 225 grain truncated cone Bayou Bullet is versatile. Not only can it be loaded in the venerable .45 acp brass, but also the .45 GAP brass, in which it performs flawlessly and is incredibly accurate. I used it in this past weekend's IDPA match in Gainesville, Florida and when it was over, I was the most accurate shooter in the match. This bullet has earned my respect and I will be re-ordering more. Ed on 30th Sep 2015
The quality of the coated bullets if far better than anything I have tried preciously.
I would recommend these to all my friends. The customer service is great and communication is superior. Quick Shipping.. Thank you for the items, I am very pleased. Bruce Evertsen on 2nd Jul 2015
Just ordered 2000 of these and loaded over 600 in one afternoon. Every one looked, to the naked eye, to be of excellent quality and uniformity. They produced professional grade loads in new Starline brass and a few cases from my range brass supply. They look like they were cast from LEE molds, I have one that I cast with and the appearance is identical. At this point I have decided to put my molds and lead ingots in storage. I'll be buying a lot more of various calibers from Bayou Bullets. The quality is top notch, the speed of shipment is real good.
I have used the HI-TEK lube, still have plenty on hand, and the results whether purchased on bullets from Bayou or baked on to my own castings has been far beyond my expectations.
One more very important fact; The customer service from Bayou Bullets is superb. Every time I had a question I received a prompt and professional answer.
5 Stars all the way! SACVET on 23rd Jun 2015
I have only been loading Bayou Bullets for a short time. I ordered them on the recommendations of several of the shooters in my club. I was quite pleased with the results. I was having problems with barrel leading from my own cast bullets. Couldn't seem to get a handle on that problem. The Bayous shoot clean and cleaning the gun afterward is a snap! Also bullet seating in my Dillon has been remarkably trouble free. I just received my second order. William Barnes on 30th Apr 2015
Gave the FP a try after years of trying to cram SWC's through finicky 45's. Works great in all my autos with 4.2 - 4.3 grains of WST @ 1.20 OAL, Very manageable push and great accuracy. This bullet really slams the steel, but what I like is the big holes it tears in the target. Can't wait to try it on some pins when I get a chance. PW on 20th Mar 2015
Great quality of the tolerances and finish on these bullets. They are clean to handle and load. I bought the 100 round package to see which ones my SR1911 CMD would prefer. These 225gr TC fed just fine in my pistol. Honestly though I didn't see any difference in the feeding or accuracy between these and the 230gr RN so I'm not sure if I'll continue to buy these or the 230gr bullets. No sense having both when they work the same. I do wish there were more colors choices though. Popeye on 13th Mar 2015
