1. Solved my problem

   Along with several 1911's, I load for a Thompson. Jacketed bullets have gotten ridiculously expensive, but cast bullets would cause lead build up in the slots of the Cutts Compensator which was a pain to remove. The coated bullets combine economy with zero leading, feed flawlessly, and make clean up in my 1911's easier too. Plus they are at least as accurate as I can hold.They've become my all-around load for all my .45 ACP firearms. Unknown on 20th Nov 2018

2. good value, excellent shipping, hard to beat

   I was looking for a 230 gn-equivalent bullet to load soft shooting steel challenge loads. What I found was that the 225 tc groups smaller than any other round I’ve tried, factory or hand loaded, and is well within any accuracy parameters for banging steel. I like the coating to keep the lead off my fingers and my wife likes the colors. After years of benchrest rifle loading, the .45 ACP loading process is refreshingly simple and these bullets contribute by being uniform and not being finicky about seating depth, crimp, seating die internals, or case bell (yes, I’m aware that some of that might be the gun). 4. The bullet for my 1911...PERFECT

6. 45 ACP 225 gr flat point, coated

   I have not shot very many yet, but I am very impressed with what I have shot. NO leading of the barrel, accurate, NO failure to feed.
   I will most definitely be purchasing more of these.

7. Shot great and very consistent

   More great bullets from Bayou I do not think you can go wrong at all with them. Bullets are very consistent find your best load and go! Easy cleanup afterwards and the shipping is just awesome. Jerry on 25th Nov 2015

8. versatile 45 caliber bullet

   The alloy 225 grain truncated cone Bayou Bullet is versatile. Not only can it be loaded in the venerable .45 acp brass, but also the .45 GAP brass, in which it performs flawlessly and is incredibly accurate. I used it in this past weekend's IDPA match in Gainesville, Florida and when it was over, I was the most accurate shooter in the match. 9. Now my fayorite 45 bullet

   Gave the FP a try after years of trying to cram SWC's through finicky 45's. Works great in all my autos with 4.2 - 4.3 grains of WST @ 1.20 OAL, Very manageable push and great accuracy. This bullet really slams the steel, but what I like is the big holes it tears in the target. Can't wait to try it on some pins when I get a chance. PW on 20th Mar 2015
