A round nose version of the popular 200 SWC.

I have a custom 1911 commander that will not feed SWC. Tried various loads, Tried polishing, tried a variety clips with different followers. I was about ready to break out the Dremel but Dennis called from Bayou and suggested his Round Nose SWC, problem solved. I have run 150 rds thru the gun without an issue. We got a winner, thank you Bayou. CM on 17th Jul 2024
Very pleased with the 200 grn SWCRN bullet. Loads well and looks good.
The only complaint I have (it's not about the bullet) is that the customer relations department could be more conscientious in letting the customer know what is going on with their order.
A little friendly update after 7-10 days can go a long way in keeping customers happy. Tenbones on 9th May 2024
After reading a review in "The Armory" I decided to give these a try. They loaded and shot really well in all my 1911's (some finicky) and cycled great in my TOMMY GUN. I was impressed with the velocity and small standard deviation in this bullet. I weighed and measured a dozen of them. The weight varied by only a grain and the diameters were spot on. Bullet length varied by a few thousandths but didn't seem to affect performance. Yielded excellent accuracy. Will buy again ! BeaverSlide Bob on 15th Nov 2023
I reloaded these 200gr rnswc. And shot them in two different 1911’s. A Colt Defender and a Colt Gold cup and they worked nicely. I will buy these again. Thank you for a well made product. Edward Bilski on 11th Nov 2023
After struggling with SWC’s for awhile, I decided to try RN. These loaded well, cycled through the gun well, and are as accurate as my ability allows. Will end up buying more in the future. Unknown on 24th Jun 2023
I can't explain why I ordered RN bullets when I needed RNFP. Called, and the service contact put a note on my order requesting the RNFP. A week later I had 57 lbs of RNFP bullets on my front steps. Great service..!! Andrew L Pierce on 7th Oct 2022
Works well in my Metro Arms American Classic 2. Very basic 1911. Have to center them well when seating or you'll scrape the coating off on the 2nd half of the lube groove. Very accurate for me with Ramshot Zip in my pistol. Michael K on 12th Jul 2022
I've used these bullets for several years now. I've never had a problem with the bullets or the company. Only lately have the order - ship times increased, go figure. I keep using them so they must be at a minimum, OK. Unknown on 15th May 2021
I'm new to loading this type of bullet (having loaded FMJ and JHP rifle/pistol in the past) and have not yet been able to load and test them. I ordered these, various weights/types, to run in Colt SAA clones and a converted Pietta 1858. Obviously I will be shooting reduced power rounds so it will take some time to find what works best. I like the coating so, as I understood it, I don't have to apply anything to the bullets. I've went through a handful of each weight/style I ordered checking sizes. They are sized exactly right in diameter. There is very slight variation in OAL with a small spread from shortest to longest but won't be a problem. Overall, so far, I like what I see and am satisfied with the product. Since I have not actually fired any of them yet I rate 4 instead of 5 stars. Billb on 24th Sep 2020
What else can I say. Great product price and delivery. Jack Chomko on 23rd Sep 2020
