    1. Dependable Accurate Soft shooting

Fairly new to reloading and tried the 200 gr 40S&W. Runs very well in the Dillon and was soft shooting and clean at the range. I had a 5 shot group at 10 yards all touching. Very nice product and will be ordering more. on 12th Mar 2019

    2. 40 Cal 200 gr RN

Bullets look great. Coating is even all over the bullet surface. Looking forward to actually shooting them this weekend. on 17th Apr 2018

    3. Smashed good

Down sized to .376 and fired from 38-55.
PC stayed on and barrel stayed lead free.

    4. .40 200gr RN for USPSA part 1.....

I recently began working up a major load for my 5" STI Edge. I have tried several different bullet designs including FMJ, TMJ, plated, and coated lead with a few different powders of varying charge weights. I found that a combination of 4.9 grains of Hodgdon Longshot over a federal small rifle primer with the Bayou Bullet 200gr round nose seated at an OAL of 1.180 produced a ten round average velocity of 838fps which exceeds USPSA major power factor requirements. Most impressive about this combination was the fact that of the ten rounds fired I had an extreme spread of 14fps with a standard deviation of 4fps, all loaded on a progressive press! Of the 100,000+ rounds of ammo I've reloaded this is the most consistent pistol load I've ever measured. As far as accuracy is concerned the Bayou Bullets hang right there with premium jacketed brands and far exceed that of which I was able to print with plated brands in my gun. At 25 yards standing unsupported I was able to hold a 20 round pattern inside of 4 inches. The round nose design feeds flawlessly in my gun and I did not notice any abnormal amounts of lead or powder fouling after a 200 round practice session. That said I ordered a 2200 count case of these bullets, after I load and fire a few thousand more I should be able to give a fair assessment of the overall performance of these bullets. on 7th Sep 2015

    5. 200 grain RN 40 cal

With 2.5 grains of Bullseye and OAL of 1.135 I obtained an average muzzle velocity of 645 in an S&W M&P Pro for a power factor of approximately 130,000. No feed problems. No stove pipes (13 pound spring). No smoke. This will be my IDPA round for the season. Great product for the price. Ships immediately. And excellent customer service support. on 18th Feb 2015

    6. 10mm &40

I am trying these in 10mm right now in 40 they work good but velocity is down on 1st Feb 2015

    7. First Impression Review

I have not shot these bullets yet so I cannot speak for their performance at this point but I wanted to write a first impression review. I had been shooting FMJs and plated bullets and have recently started evaluating 'coated' bullets from a few suppliers. My first impression on buying the bullets from Bayou B and bullets themselves is fantastic. They shipped my samples (100 rounds) immediately and upon receipt, what I was really impressed about was how they packaged the sample bullets. Basically the bullets had no room to move around in the package so they arrived 'as new'. One supplier shipped my samples in a plastic bag and the bullets arrived all scuffed up as they had been moving around and hitting to each other during transit. Some of them even showed the base material (lead) through the coating. What company would ship the first article to a potential long time customer like that? That supplier is out of my consideration now. Bayou B's coating appears consistent and nice. One thing that I have noticed so far while loading the bullets was the weight showed the range of almost 4 grains (approx. 197 ~ 201 grains). Not a big deal but this range is the largest that I have seen among a few suppliers. I look forward to shooting the bullets. Thanks on 27th Jan 2015
