1. Perfect PCC bullet

   Was looking for a lightweight .40 option for my Pistol Caliber Carbine. This profile and weight was perfect. Very flat shooting and accurate to boot. These bullets are great quality no wonder so many people try to copy... Others never get it right and surely can't stay consistent through the years like Bayou can. 2. My favorite bullet for .40 minor loads!

   I love this bullet for IDPA in ESP division. With 4 grains of Titegroup at 1.130 OAL, it comes in at a power factor of 135 in my 5 inch 1911. It's plenty accurate and the barrel is mirror clean after a few strokes with the brush and a tight patch. That truncated cone profile feeds flawlessly too!

3. Ideal for IDPA... 140gr for .40 S&W

   These 140 gr bullets (.40 S&W) are excellent in a Glock! No fowling (ever), low recoil, they shoot accurate, and cause little or no smoke in an "indoor range" environment (you can actually see the targerts!). I use the "gold" colored bullets to differentiate them from all the rest.. RJ on 22nd Jun 2016

4. Great bullet for multiple purposes! From steel to bowling pins, major or minor.

   Really happy with these light weights in .40 Smith. I've ran about 1000 in the last two weeks in a Glock 22 racegun (LW Glock 35 threaded barrel with TF sight block 5.8in) and 23 carry gun.
   Running almost the same load with WST as I run with 180s. Seated about 1.110 OAL The accuracy is what really got me, ran 5 separate 5 shot groups from a bench @ 25yds. They all hovered 1.5-2.5 in. Ill take that all day long. HI-TEK lube is great! Low smoke indoors, and a Glock brush with a lil juice down the bore and your clean enough to shoot another session.

5. Great Bullets - Fast Shipping

   I shoot Hi-Tek Bayou Coated Bullets because they are very accurate, priced right, and I get fast shipment on my orders. I have tried several bullet designs in several calibers, i.e. 9mm, 38/357, 40, and 45 to see which does best in the several pistols I have. The 9mm round nose functions in all my pistols and is very accurate. I like the 165 grain un-groved FN 40 cal. bullet in my 40 S&W and the 180 grain in my 10mm. They load easy, leave no residue in the barrel, function the gun properly, and are very accurate. I like all the bullets I have ordered and shot and have no complaints.    Use 140 grain, 40cal. These bullets are soft shooting, accurate and clean. Love them!

8. Best thing since sliced bread

   I switched to these from Montana Gold jackets solely for price, but they've been more accurate, take less powder to make power factor, and the service is superb. 10. Absolutely perfect

    These bullets shoot flawlessly in my Trojan 5 and God knows 1911 in 40S&W can be finnicky and hard to feed sometimes. I have not had any issue with these as soon as I found the right OAL. They are very accurate and leave the barrel very clean. Nick Verhaeghe on 10th Dec 2014
