1. Bullets changed

   On receipt I noticed the bullet had gone from a cast bullet with grease groove coated with Bayou's Coating to a swaged bullet with no grease groove and the same great coating. The new bullet is slightly shorter, weighs the same and the nose is a true round nose, vs the previous very small flat point.
   It seated about .005" shorter.
   On shooting I noticed no difference in velocity or accuracy.
   I am pleased with the new bullet and will do more intensive accuracy testing soon. David M Williams on 10th Mar 2020

3. Winning bullet

   Been using this bullet in the .38 Short Colt and winning matches in action shooting. Running them at about 825fps in my .357 Magnum revolver. Unknown on 16th Oct 2019

4. Another win with Bayou!

   I was fortunate enough to win the "Freedom ICORE Match" this past weekend at GCL. With 160gr Bayou's. GCL hosted the NE Regional ICORE match last year and held the freedom match concurrent with the uspsa "firecracker match" this year. Both great matches. Shot both with Bayou's and never had to think about my loads which helped a bunch with this much shooting in one weekend.
   Thanks for helping with another win! Bayou's are my go to bullet!

5. First Loading Experience with Bayou,

   Not a pro shooter or reloader, but enjoy both tremendously. Learned about Bayou Bullets from a USPSA survey of competition revolver shooters. Built 4 loads and tested/chrono'ed at the range today. Everything positive that I've read is true... less powder for more power, and accurate. My primary is a S&W 586-3, 4 inch, which is what was used for the chrono data.
   Using TiteGroup, with a COAL of 1.51, Federal Match Small Pistol primers, and brass saved from factory 38 loads, obtained these result averages (minimum 10 rounds per data set)
   3.2 grains: 705 fps, 9 fps std dev, 112 PF
   3.4 grains: 732 fps, 14 fps std dev, 117 PF
   3.6 grains: 770 fps, 10 fps std dev, 123 PF
   3.8 grains: 778 fps, 13 fps std dev, 124 PF
   I can't explain the minimal difference between 3.6 & 3.8, but not too concerned. I've found the load that I want, and the bullet that I will hopefully be using for many IDPA & Steel Challenge matches to come.

6. Fantastic Product and Fantastic Service

   Been using these for ICORE for a couple of seasons. The coating is very uniform and have had zero leading issues... unlike some competitors. Customer support is top notch as well. There is no reason not to purchase this product from Bayou. Tom on 23rd May 2019

7. I switched to the Hi-Tek coated bullet

   I was shooting a copper clad RN bullet in a 38 short colt. I was having trouble making power factor. I switched to this coated bullet and picked up 70 fps. Al on 23rd Mar 2019

    Looks like I'll win limited club champion again this year in ICORE .
    Bayou's let you concentrate on shooting and not having to think about how you loads are going to work.
