I load these for my Smith and Wesson 929 (9MM). I have them sized @ .357. With all of my testing, they have proved to be very accurate and consistent. These are my go to bullets for knock down steel matches. Bob I on 6th Mar 2023
Have been using for years. Consistent weight and the Hi Tek coating is awesome Mike on 18th Aug 2022
All of the bullets I've purchased from Bayou have been consistently excellent. I cannot recall finding any misshapen, out-of-round or deformed bullets in the various different calibers & weights. They're always very well coated without any light or bare spots. Although I don't weigh every bullet, I do randomly sample 10-15 from each box. They have all been within 1.0-1.2 grains of the specified weight (on the 125 grn-160 grn bullets). I can't speak about their customer service as I've never had cause to contact them. I've usually had to wait at least one business week to get a shipping notice once I've placed my order. LaPoint on 9th Aug 2022
Use the 9mm 160 grain for ICORE. Soft shooting and more accurate than I am. Unknown on 19th Nov 2021
I have not had a chance to load up and shoot these yet. I did mike them with a micrometer. They miked .356+. The variation in diameter while turning the bullet and checking diameter was only about 2 to 3 1/10,000 inches which is very good. I’ve seen more variation in big name jacketed Bullets. When I received them I loaded fifty. Fired 10 in an AR 9 and they all fired and were definitely accurate for what 160 gr. bullets uses. Joseph D Bentley on 20th May 2021
I recently changed over to these 160 Gn 9mm Bayou bullets and have been very happy with them. Over 5K through my Dillon 1050, all of them have been spot on with no blemishes or defects. Larry on 28th Jan 2021
Ordered the 160 grain round nose in 9mm. In the process of developing a 'go to' load for subsonic rounds to use with Rugged Obsidian suppressor. Used Titegroup and HP-38.
Tested a total of 40 rounds.
Used HK VP9 and Hipoint Carbine as test platforms.
No tumbling. No fouling. No failures to feed. No ejection issues. Used large pieces of thick cardboard as target at 15 yards. Clean, round holes.
Chronographed all. Titegroup at 2.6 gr had an average fps of 786. HP-38 @ 3.4 gr had an average of 875 fps.
If you want superior quality, fairly priced bullets, especially for subsonic applications, Bayou Bullets are your go-to. MH on 10th Nov 2020

I use these for ICORE. Making PF is easy over a little True Blue powder. Very accurate and consistent. Joe Jackson on 17th Sep 2020
