    .38/.357 160 Gr. RN - Sized to .358 (Typical). Other sizes available upon request call or email for options.

    This bullet is extremely popular with IDPA, USPSA and ICORE shooters, shoots very accurately in stock revolvers and with it’s pointed nose and no shoulder these bullets speed load extremely well. Works great with .38 short colt brass too. Requires a taper crimp.

    In .38 Super Revolvers we recommend these be sized to .357

    1. I switched to the Hi-Tek coated bullet

      I was shooting a copper clad RN bullet in a 38 short colt. I was having trouble making power factor. I switched to this coated bullet and picked up 70 fps. on 22nd Mar 2019

    2. Great Bullet for Model 66

      Early in the loading process here in my home. This bullet and the techs at Bayou Bullets were extremely helpful. Clean, accurate, easy to load. Best product available and I am so impressed with the uniformity for a cast bullet. Purchase some for your own loading. on 24th May 2018

    3. Great Bullet Consistent Groups

      I started using Bayou 160 gr bullets with a .90" cut down 38 special case and my old 627 PC. They're accurate and soft shooting using a n310 3.3 load at 1.60 OAL. Just right for ICORE or USPSA. Sure makes makes me happy.

      We use this on top of W231 in the Henry Big Boy 357. Clean to load, consistent and accurate. on 17th May 2017

    6. Good bullet for USPSA

      If you are one of the weird breed who shoot revolver for USPSA you will find that these bullets not only shoot well but with the shape and coating they have they feed well into chambers when loaded in rounds on moon clips. on 30th Dec 2015

    7. Performs exactly as promised

      Had some issues with other brand LSWC hanging up when using a speed loader. The RN on these, combined with the long straight side wall of the profile that allows me to set a greater OAL puts the heads well into the cylinder before the speed loader bottoms out. These are now my go-to round for all .357 PPC revolver competition. Add to that Donnie's superb customer service and fast shipping, Bayou remains my go-to source for coated bullets. on 12th Aug 2015

    8. Excellent Product

      I have used the Bayou Bullet 160 in .38 Sp and the 200 and 230 in .45 ACP with excellent results. They are uniform in weight and more accurate than I am. I would recommend them to anyone who wants an economical bullet for competition. on 26th Jun 2014
